This Latin inspired dance class is great for weight loss, toning and de-stressing. At Champs, our Zumba community is ever-growing, with a large attendance of members from different ages, levels and backgrounds.


Bootcamp classes are intense cardio workout, whereby various drills and exercises improve agility, endurance, and strength; stay motivated, challenge and work your body while burning calories.


Circuit training is a style of workout performed with different stations or exercises at a high intensity with little to no rest between each station or exercise.


Movement & Mobility is a one-hour class that offers a more comprehensive workout as you will utilize articulation, strength, flexibility, and mobility; all without the use of any weights.

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.


A 60 minute full body strength circuit. This total-body circuits is a challenging test of strength and endurance to add to your training.

Champs Strength

A HIIT class involves you doing intervals of exercise that range from between 10 seconds and eight minutes in duration, with you working at around 80-90% of your maximum heart rate for that period of time.


This is a complete lower-body workout that targets your thighs and booty while doubling as cardio.
